
Joe McNulty has been the head pro at Scranton Tennis Club (STC) since 1986, teaching private and
group lessons to adults and children in addition to maintaining the courts. His week-long Junior Tennis
Camp has been extremely well attended every year, with over 100 juniors attending the 2019 camp. Joe
was the head coach at Scranton Central and Scranton High School for 40 years. He was also assistant pro
at Doubletier Tennis Club from 1979 to 1984. He has served as an assistant pro at the Birchwood
Racquet Club for the past 14 years.

Tiffany Callaio started teaching tennis at STC last summer, helping out in the junior clinics and teaching private and semi-private lessons. She has an extensive background as a tennis coach and instructor. She was the head coach at Wyoming Area High School from 2012 to 2018, where she led the team into the District 2 playoffs five out of the six years. In 2016 she was named the Eastern Pennsylvania Tennis Association High School Coach of the Year. She has served as head director of the Wyoming Area Tennis Camp, and has taught private lessons locally since 2000. Tiffany was an NCAA Division II Student Athlete at Millersville University (PSAC Conference) and was ranked in USTA Middle
States as a junior. This spring she served as the Greater Pittston YMCA Head Tennis Instructor for children ages 5-11. She is also the assistant coach for the Scranton Prep High School girls tennis team.

John Weiss has assisted Joe McNulty with junior clinics at STC since 2010. From 1974 to 1985 he
served as head teaching pro and tennis director at The Racquet Club at Bousquet in Pittsfield, MA and at
the Doubletier Tennis Club in Scranton. He currently serves as volunteer program director for STC,
managing the leagues and play programs with help from numerous club members, and also running the
tournaments. In the fall he enjoys working as the assistant coach for the Abington Heights High School
girls tennis team. John played for William Allen High School and Lehigh University tennis teams, and is
currently a ranked doubles player in USTA Florida.

Kathleen McKenna has been the very successful Boys' and Girls' Head Tennis Coach at Scranton Prep since 2010. She has twice been named Scranton Times All-Region Coach of the Year (2011, 2014). Kathleen was the NPFSports.com District 2 Coach of the Year in 2016. In addition to teaching, she is Joe McNulty’s administrative assistant for his junior camp and clinics.

Amber Jadus is a recent graduate of East Stroudsburg University, where she played #1 singles and doubles and was named captain her senior year. Amber is interested in sharing some of the tennis skills and teaching strategies she has developed with junior and adult learners at STC. Since graduating, she has assisted with junior camps and clinics at Birchwood Racquet Club, and also taught some private and semi-private lessons. While in college, she spent her summers teaching tennis at the Ocean City (MD) Tennis Center and at Iroquois Springs, a sleep away summer camp in Rock Hill, NY.
